Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary. Each session is 60 minutes long.
PREPARE: the DYFIT practice uses your personal music device that fits in your pocket, like a phone, so have your favorite pocket music and earbuds. Wear good shoes if you care to take your practice outside, and dress for comfort and weather.
INSTRUCTIONS: these are the 10-word set of instructions we will lead you through:
Love your music;
Move honestly (fearlessly);
Feel what you feel.
SAFETY: You can choose to do the practice indoors or outdoors. If you choose to bring your practice to a park near you, we remind you of the Minneapolis Parks Board’s current safety recommendations, including:
Stay at least six feet away from others outside your household.
Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover.
Be prepared for public restrooms and water fountains to be closed.
Do not use parks if you may have COVID-19 symptoms.
